Setting Intention




What is intention?  What are goals?  How do we differentiate them from one another?  What does it mean to set your "intention" before your practice?  How can you begin to cultivate the life you want? I've spent the last couple days pondering this thought - feeling like I need to offer more that just the cliche phrases to my students - so this week we are looking at intention more closely.  Our practice will be core strength focused (what's new?) as we strive to bring manipura chakra into balance.
