Tantra is the practice of connecting deeply to Oneself through embodiment, about seeing the magic in the mundane, it is about the magnetism of opposites and the continuous practice of entering into fear with the intention of dissolving it into Love.  Join Robin as she leads you through this incredible afternoon of powerful Sisterhood.   Unleash your creative and pleasure potential through movement, visualization, breathwork, meditation, partner or group work and discussion.   Invite greater openness and vulnerability through the powerful practice of surrender, gaining insight into how to grow your own capity to feel incredible joy and pleasure in your body.   This workshop is your opportunity to discover your inner Goddess, your Wild Woman,  your Shakti power, your maiden, your Kali, your warrioress, your child like spirit, your divine mother!  Discover your true potential and POWER as a woman who DARES to love herself fully & completely so that you may embrace the world with that same fiery Love.      

Robin Hilton Bowden is a 300hr CYT who has taught hatha yoga in and around Regina, SK for over six years.  She currently teaches classes  & private yoga lessons at her intimate studio in Indian Head.  Robin has brought together her passion for Tantric philosophy and spiritual practice, her comprehensive understanding of the Yoga Tradition, her formal education in Women’s and Gender Studies and her current studies of women’s sexuality & Taost Tantric practices for this workshop.   Robin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Calgary in 1998 and she is currently studying with her teacher and Tantric Goddess, Layla Martin, with plans to complete a 12 month comprehensive Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching program in 2017.  

Robin’s primary experience and study on this topic has been from the perspecive of being a primarily heterosexual, cisgender woman who openly explores fluid sexuality.  This bias is likely to appear in the workshop.   She is extremely open to welcoming all individuals who identify as a woman into the Sisterhood of this workshop, with the understanding that her bias is not intended to be a barrier but rather a starting point for understanding, growth, communication and loving friendship.   Please feel free to contact Robin at robinjhilton@sasktel.net for more information or to discuss the workshop further.
